This Gorgeous Isabel de Pedro Dress looks absolutely Beautiful on!!

It is very Fitted at the waist, which will certainly accentuate a Small Waist and nicely fitted across the Bust (which I think helps accentuate a Small Bust!) It flares out very slightly at the bottom, so as not to be too slinky!

The Beautiful Ruffle Detail from the Neck down the Dress and down one Arm gives the Dress a Very Glamorous, Edgy Style.

It is a Polo Neck, keeping you warm as well as Glamorous in the height of Winter! However does zip up at the back, so can be undone slightly at the neck if preferred.
